Once again we had a great turn out for our Blue Line Buffets! Yes you read that right - for the first time ever - we hosted one in Rochester and a second in Austin.
We are so excited to be expanding our support for first responder families into our new locations. Next year we anticipate three events when we add Winona to the Blue Line Buffet extravaganza!
From face painting, to bounce houses, to smiling volunteers, and happy families - the evenings were a great success.

We are excited for our Heroes Hustle 5k in partnership with TerraLoco, the Rochester Police Department, Rochester Fire, and Olmsted County Sheriff's Office. Come out for a walk, jog or run in a family and pet friendly environment.
There will be law enforcement, firefighters, chaplains, AND swag!
Rumor has it there will also be a firetruck on scene for the kids to climb on...:)
THEN...make your way to Sorellina's for dinner - take in or carry out - and mention Salt & Light and we will receive a 25% giveback on your order! Of course, that applies to anytime that day - so if lunch is a better bet for you - do that instead.

Celebrating with our first responders
From retirements to weddings, this past month we have been overjoyed to celebrate life's joys and special moments. Congratulations to Captain Casey Moilanen, Dispatcher Toni Heard, and Detective Joel Koch on their retirements.
We were also privileged to be part of the wedding for two RPD officers this month - Officers Teagan and Nate Hauke - may God richly bless your marriage!
